How LUNA collects, uses, shares and protects your information — and the choices you have.

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Heaven Eco Hub ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit luna-heaven.com (the "Site") and read our published content. It also covers the advertising and analytics technologies used on this Site. By using the Site you agree to the practices described below.
The Site is operated by Heaven Eco Hub, the maker of LUNA — a sovereign AI companion and agentic app builder. You can reach us at any time via our contact page or by email at adam@heavenecohub.com.
The public content pages of this Site do not require you to create an account. Using the LUNA application itself (voice, memory, app builder) is governed by section 3 below, where your conversations and memories are processed by the sovereign Heaven Quantum Cortex and are not piped to third-party language models.
This section applies when you use the LUNA application (on iOS, Android, Web or macOS).
Your conversations, voice transcriptions and photos are processed exclusively on infrastructure operated by Heaven Eco Hub. Google Cloud acts solely as our hosting processor for that infrastructure. No user message, voice recording, or photo is ever sent to any third-party AI provider — not OpenAI, not Anthropic, and not any other external large language model. All AI responses are generated by our own Heaven Quantum Cortex running on infrastructure we operate.
If you do not have an active subscription, the LUNA mobile app shows an optional rewarded advertisement in text chat after a number of messages, served by Google AdMob. Ads appear nowhere else in the app — there are no ads on launch, on resume, in voice chat, or on any other screen — and an active subscription removes them entirely. These ads are non-personalised: AdMob receives device and ad identifiers in order to deliver and measure the ad, but we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission and do not use the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking, and no ad is targeted using your data. This advertising is entirely separate from how Luna answers you: no message, voice recording or photo is shared with AdMob or any other advertising partner, and the statement above — that no user content is ever sent to any third-party AI provider — remains unchanged. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Note that this in-app advertising is distinct from the Google AdSense advertising on this website's content pages, described in section 5.
You are in control of your data. The app provides an in-app privacy reset that wipes your stored conversations, memories and learned personalisation, and an account deletion option that removes your account and associated data. Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the features above, or until you delete it.
We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to display ads on the content pages of this Site. This helps us keep our guides and answers free to read. This section covers the website only — advertising inside the LUNA mobile app is described in section 3.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on a Google-certified consent management platform to request your consent before any non-essential cookies — including advertising and personalisation cookies — are set. Advertising and ad-personalisation storage are denied by default until you give consent, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Where you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.
We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-RB6R325TVN) to understand aggregate usage. Analytics data is processed under Google's terms. You can opt out across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Mobile devices also provide controls to limit ad tracking.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as Google for analytics and advertising, and Firebase Hosting for serving the Site), and where required by law.
Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the relevant provider's standard retention periods. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records.
This Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at adam@heavenecohub.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
